Welcome to Alma Fusion, a family-owned, chef-driven catering company and food truck led by Alex and Maria. We built Alma on a simple belief: food is more than fuel. It’s comfort, connection, and a way to make people feel cared for.

We chose the name “Alma” because it means “soul” in Spanish—and that’s exactly what we try to put into everything we serve: food that comes from the heart and lands like comfort food should.

Alma Fusion started as a simple idea: bring bold Latin-inspired flavors and heartfelt service to the neighborhoods and events we call home in Northeast Florida. What began as a food truck quickly turned into something bigger—a trusted partner for weddings, family celebrations, HOA nights, school events, and corporate gatherings.

Alma Fusion proudly serves Jacksonville, St. Johns County, and the greater Northeast Florida area. You’ll find us at local neighborhoods, breweries, festivals, and private venues throughout the region.

We’ve fed families in Nocatee, celebrated milestones across St. Johns, and helped couples throw unforgettable weddings throughout Jacksonville and the beaches. For us, this isn’t just a service area—it’s home.

Alex — Chef & Founder

Alex brings years of kitchen experience and a passion for Latin flavors. On event days, you’ll usually find him at the grill or the pass, making sure every plate meets the Alma standard.

Maria — Guest Experience & Events

Maria leads communication, scheduling, and guest experience—from the first message to the final follow-up. She makes sure every detail is clear, every question is answered, and every event feels organized, personal, and stress-free.

Looking Ahead
