How Our Event Process Works
Tell Us About Your Event

We Build a Custom Proposal
We’ll recommend a package, draft a menu, and send pricing that fits your event and budget.
Lock In Your Date
Approve the proposal and secure your date with a deposit. We coordinate details with your planner or HOA if needed.
Event Day: We Handle the Rest
We show up on time, serve your guests, manage the flow, and leave the space as clean as we found it.
Details, Minimums & Common Questions
“What areas do you serve?”
We primarily serve Jacksonville, St. Johns County, and greater Northeast Florida. Events outside this area may include an additional travel fee depending on distance and timing.
“What are your minimums?”
Minimums vary by day of the week, season, and event type, but most private events start around $1000 minimum for the truck or $17 per person for catering. Share your details below and we’ll confirm exact minimums for your date.
“Do you offer tastings?”
For weddings and large events, we invite you to visit us at a public event to try the menu. Let us know if a tasting is important to you.
“Can you handle dietary restrictions?”
Yes. We regularly accommodate vegetarian, gluten-friendly, dairy-free, and mild-spice preferences. Tell us about your guests’ needs and we’ll build a menu that works.
“How far in advance should we book?”
For peak season weekends, we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance. For weekday or HOA events, we may have shorter-notice availability — it never hurts to ask.

Drop off catering requires a minimum order of $150.

To secure the event date, we require a credit card or PayPal account along with a 20% deposit.

Menu selections, specific requests, and final guest count must be provided 2 weeks prior to the event.

For locations that are 30 or more miles from 32216, a base charge of $160 and up will apply.

Each catering package includes 3 hours of service, any additional hours can be added at a rate of $100 per hour.
